( Center does not rent space for B-day Parties or Private Events)
ROOM RESERVATIONS REQUIRE MEMBERSHIP.
ANY PERSON WISHING TO PARTICIPATE IN CENTER ACTIVITIES
MUST OBTAIN A MEMBERSHIP.
ANY PERSON WISHING TO PARTICIPATE IN CENTER ACTIVITIES
MUST OBTAIN A MEMBERSHIP.
Facility usage for North Domingo Baca Multigenerational Center is outlined in the Department of Senior Affairs Policies and Procedures Manual, Section 4.0 Facility. The policy is as follows:
4.1 Usage
A. The facility will be made available for usage by center members and non-profit organizations.
B. The facility will be made available for usage by City of Albuquerque departments, divisions, or groups associated with the aforementioned entities. (Neighborhood Associations are an example.)
C. The facility will be made available for usage by community groups when activities and the group’s
meeting does not interfere with previously scheduled activities.
D. The facility will not be made available for rental purposes other than evening/Boomer classes
(no parties, showers, social events) as agreed to in Facility Permit Agreements.
