- Mat Pilates: Exercises are performed on a mat. Focus is on abdominals, obliques, back and full body stretches. All movements are done fluidly, while focusing on inhalation and exhalation. AARP Drivers Safety: 1st Saturday of the month. Time: 10:30am-2:30pm. Fee is $15.00 for AARP Members $ $20.00 Non Members. This class is for individuals 50 and over. Cars have changed, so have the traffic rules, driving conditions, and the roads that you travel every day. You can expect to learn current rules of the road, defense driving techniques, and how to operate your vehicle more safely in today’s increasingly challenging driving environment. Wordwrights Writing class: Mondays 1:30 - 3:30 pm, Open Class. Free. Attend as you see fit. All welcome. We range from rank beginners to publish authors. Fiction, memoirs, poetry. Thirty minutes of instruction and/ or class discussion. Hour and a half of reading our own material aloud and then submitting to class comments. Classroom 1.
